Build a knowledge base
Uses sonenta-knowledge. Install it once: sonenta agents add sonenta-knowledge. The knowledge it builds is consumed automatically by translation.
Create the knowledge base
Section titled “Create the knowledge base”Prompt:
Using sonenta-knowledge, build a glossary and a project context document from my source strings and repo docs.
Produces: a glossary (terms with rules: translation / do-not-translate / forbidden, plus per-locale translations + notes) and a project context document (domain, audience, tone, product name, constraints). 0 AI credits. Review: both appear in the Sonenta dashboard; the agent proposes before writing. Apply: on acceptance it writes the glossary entries + the context document.
Maintain the knowledge base
Section titled “Maintain the knowledge base”Prompt:
Audit my glossary for gaps and inconsistent term usage, and update the context document with our new tone of voice.
Produces: proposed new terms, fixes for inconsistent usage, and a merged context document (it never blindly overwrites - it reads, merges, then proposes). Review: changes are shown for approval. Apply: on acceptance the glossary + context are updated.
Common one-offs:
Add "Sonenta" as do-not-translate.
Mark these legal terms as forbidden to paraphrase.
