list_code_scan_prop_ignores

List the ignore rules - (component, prop) pairs, or WHOLE components (prop = null), already marked NON-translatable by a human or by you. Each = {uuid, component, prop, created_at, created_by}. SKIP anything covered here: a prop=null rule hides EVERY prop of that component. Read this before classifying so you neither re-propose nor re-ignore a decided pair. Use the uuid with unignore_code_scan_prop to revise your own hide-list. READ-ONLY, 0 credits.

project_uuid	string	optionnel	Project UUID. Required when multiple projects are configured (SONENTA_PROJECTS); defaults to the single configured project otherwise.
limit	integer	optionnel	Page size.
offset	integer	optionnel	Rows to skip (default 0).
